The Bikini Cocktail

Serves 10 guests

For the Citrus Syrup (produces 750ml)

300ml newly squeezed clementine juice
200ml recently pressed lemon juice
500g caster sugar

Ingredients for the Cocktail (makes 850ml, to serve 10)

400ml premium vodka
100ml classic gin
150ml peach-flavored liqueur
200ml citrus syrup (see above)
Whole cranberries, as a garnish
Mandarin essential oil, for finishing

Directions

Making the Citrus Syrup: Put the listed components in a pan, heat until it reaches a light boil, mixing to dissolve. Next, turn off the heat and leave to cool down entirely. Pour into an sealable bottle, close it and refrigerate it in the refrigerator, it can be stored for about one month.

To make Batch Mix: Pour the specified liquid ingredients into a large bottle, let it rest for 60 minutes, then strain preferably using a fine cloth, so it's completely strained.

When ready to serve: Add 85ml of the cocktail base into a stirring glass filled with ice, gently stirring lightly for one minute until cold. Filter to a chilled martini glass or equivalent, top with a few cranberries and finish by giving it a brief mist of mandarin oil over the drink.
